The balcony developed leaks and suffered significant water damage that was starting to extend inside the house. We really needed to get it fixed before the winter rains. When I made the arrangement I thought they were going to come out and tell me they could fix it up and put it back together and it might cost me a bit extra but it wasn't going to be a big deal. But when they came out I found out it was going to be quite a big deal. It seemed like a small job and I had another relationship with someone who could do the work so I went with them.
Description of Work: OC Home Repair came out in September to tear up some boards to get an idea of how bad the wood rot damage was."
